In May, 2017, clients from Qinyang visited our factory and ordered the nutritional yam powder production line. We delivered the machines on May 24th and helped to install, debug the machines and train the workers at once.
The CY-65 double screw extruder nutritional powder capacity is 150kg/hr. Raw materials are puffed materials and other minor ingredients. The finished nutritional powder is easy to digest, convenient to use, suitable to people at any age, full of fragrance and tasty.
The flow chart of the nutritional yam powder production line is as follows:
Stainless steel hammer mill machine --to crush the raw materials into 60-80 mesh powder
Mixer ----to well mix all the powder with water
Screw conveyor---to send the powder into double screw extruder
Double screw extruder--- make the materials well cooked and puffed
Air conveyor--to send the puffed snacks into dryer
Dryer---to dry the puffed materials into low moisture
Air conveyor--to send the materials to stainless steel hammer mill 2
Stainless steel hammer mill 2--to crush the materials into powder
