Delivery of 150kg per hour breakfast cereal production line to Manzanilo, Mexico

On June 17^th, we delivered 1x40’ HQ to Manzanillo, Mexico.

The clients sent us emails for quotation on February, 2017.

And then visited our factory on April.

After the test and visit our machines, they were very satisfied to our machines and signed the contract immediately.

In the June, one of the client came to inspect and check all the machines.

And then we delivered the machines.

The installation picture will be sent later. Please keep close to our updates.

The whole 150kg/hr breakfast cereal production line includes the following machines:

1) Mixer

2) CY-65 double screw extruder

3) Stainless steel belt conveyor

4) Double roller flavor machine with heating function

5) 30L oil tank and 60L sugar tank

6) Hoister

7) Electric oven

CY double screw extruder tortilla chips frying snack food processing line

The tortilla chips processing line uses corn flour as the main raw materials. After mixing, extruding, shaping, frying, flavoring, the line can produce high capacity tortilla chips with crispy and delicious taste.

Capacity: 120-150kg/hr

Main machines used in the tortilla chips frying snack food production line:

Technical process:

1. flour mixer(powder mixer): to mix the raw materials with water into high uniformity materials

2. Stainless steel screw conveyor: to send the materials to the single screw extruder

3. double screw extruder: to extrude the raw materials into many different shapes by changing the dies. The main model we use for the tortilla chips production line is CY-65 double screw extruder. The capacity is 120-150kg/hr.

4. Cutting and shaping machines: It is also the key machine in the whole line. We have different rollers for producing different shapes such as triangle, hexagon, heart, half moon and Christmas tree etc.

5. Automatic batch fryer: it is composed of the fryer, deoiling machine and hoister. The fryer machine fries the snacks and get deoiled by deoiling machine and then sent to the flavoring machine by the hoister. Also we can use continuous mesh belt fryer for frying the tortilla chips.

6. Single roller flavor machine: to spray powder to the snacks based on the local market requirement.

7. Packing machine: to pack the snacks into different bag sizes.
